Hi, I’m Alida Lambooy—a sleeves-rolled-up real estate investor who turns houses into co-living homes where safety, community, and affordable luxury live side by side. I’m Type-A in the best way: clear systems, thoughtful design, and attention to finer design details. My mission is simple: Providing elegant, affordable housing options, that bring people together while still offering privacy and style.  I’m just as happy on site with a clipboard as I am styling the final space. While offering investors an opportunity to be part of a sustainable, high-growth housing model, yielding high returns while adding a dash of South African flair.

Our investors mostly use their SDIRA and earn constant monthly returns of 12-14% on their initial investment. The investment period is 3 to 5 years depending on the project.
